It has come to our attention that DNS resolution for some users doesn't seem to be working for our server.

DNS resolution is the way a computer translates domain names like Habbox.com into IP Addresses such as 123.23.21.19 which is what a computer understands. Because these records are accessed every time you visit a website multiple DNS servers exist in the world especially with large ISP's.

We are currently experiencing issues with the following ISP's who seem not to be able to resolve any of our domains to their IP addresses:

BT
UPC

A temporary fix would be to change your DNS server on either your device or your home router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are google's public DNS servers.

Once again this matter is outside our control and will be fixed eventually.
