I tell you what, I've not had a more drama-filled month in a while!

It's just been one of those times when one thing goes wrong, blows up into a mountain (from a molehill), then everything seems to snowball. In almost every aspect of my life, it all started to kick off all at once and it got so much!

I really struggle to de-stress though, and just get completely caught up in it. This is why I need your help!

What I want you to do for this competition, is to give me some way to get rid of drama, or get away from it and de-stress.

Prize: 5 credits + 15 rep

Just go for a day without doing anything.

Just skip school/collage/whatever, and relax in your bedroom.

Put TV on, and sit there and just don't think about anything, let your brain be free as if you have no thoughts.

Then do something relaxing, like taking a bath, or sitting in front of a fire.

What I do when I need to relax:

First get a day off! You deserve one now and again!
Then... turn off your phone!! So whoever/whatever is stressing you out cannot contact you!
THEN run a big bubbly bath and have a glass of wine (or hot chocolate)
After soaking in the bath for an hour and blasting out some ballads..
Chill in bed in your dressing gown with some funny films on and some pig out food :D

Hope this de-stresses you xx

Inseriousity.
