I think that some rare value people are just changing the values for the sake of changing them!!!
Here are some examples:
Disco sign - .9 CS? Make it 1!
Ice Cream Machine - .45CS? Make it .5?!
Lapland, parasols, holiday romance .9CS? Make it 1CS?!
Some values are up - down -up - down all the time!
Heres one, the hockey stick set was updated on the 3rd of september and they were realeased in the cataloge either on the 3rd or before that! FOR 5 credits each! But the value still says 1.6CS? My point is, don't just change them for the sake of changing them and round them off to the nearest .5 or 1.0 or .8, it makes it easyer because we dont have to be adding norms to make up for the .1, .2 or .3 difference..
