Ok so I have this event selection thingy tomorrow called ASDA magic and I pretty much have no clue what to expect, is it gonna be a proper interview or just a waste of time who knows...
Have any of you attended one of these before and can give some sort of advice or something? :p

Oo okay so basically act confident and like a team leader and you should do well....hmm this will be veeery interesting xD

it's important not to take the team leader bit too far, try not to come off as too loud or controlling. good luck anyway!

I think I got invited to one of when I was 16, i never went after reading some horror stories about them on the onternet

Um ye idk If anyone's interested but it was actually quite fun
First we had to do the 'asda chant'..fun
Then find out stuff about the person next to you and present it to everyone else
Then in groups of 4 randomly selected,draw totem pole including animals that represent you *I said a cat because I like to be independent but work well in a team yeye*
Then in random groups create a billboard poster for asda relating to the world cup (it opens around world cup time soo) and have a slogan

It was actually quite good except the average age there was 40 so obviously I got looked down upon sigh.
I have a one to one interview next week though so I guess that's a good sign!! Woo
