I don't take an excessive amount of interest in paintings usually, but there's a certain style that I absolutely adore - "hyperrealism". Hyperrealistic paintings are made to look almost exactly like photographs and are quite simply, truly astonishing feats of art. To give you an idea, here is one example by the artist Gregory Thielker:

I've come across some other amazing examples in the past, but they're forever lost in my 3,000 favourited tumblr posts :P. Anyway, for this competition I'd like you to find me the most stunning piece of hyperrealistic artwork you can. The one that drops my jaw the most will be the winner!

I see these in and around the city all the time. I think they're actually so cool and most of them look really real.
