A couple of users have reported that they are unable to connect to any of the Habbox websites and after further investigation both users were using BT as their ISP. It looks like BT are having a few issues that may be causing this rather than anything on our side as all of Habbox websites are up and running at this moment in time.

If you are on BT and are being affected by this issue then a temporary fix would be to change your DNS server on either your device or your home router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are google's public DNS servers. You can find a guide on how to do this by going to: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

If the above works then well done, you have managed to fluke it. But it's not a 100% success rate - Unfortunately the issue is outside of our control and is a problem on BT's side.
