I'm currently doing an essay and listening to the lectures that I have recorded. I think they are really useful mainly because I don't do much listening in lectures so it's nice to have the ability to go back and listen to them.

I used to always voice record my lectures.

I didn't film lectures though because that sounds a little awkward but I know people do that.

Yea I voice recorded important ones usually and then type them up afterward. Handy for essays.

Another question here is how good is the quality of all your recordings because in all of mine I'm on my phone and the sound goes all terrible because I'm rubbing my phone against something. Always goes fuzzy on parts I need to hear grrr.

No need - ours are recorded for us

No I didn't, and nobody else did in our lectures except this one guy. I'm not sure how hours upon hours of maths lectures on tape was ever going to help him.

Last year one of my lecturers actually recorded them for us but like yeah, most people in my lecturers actually voice recorded them and sometimes we would pass them around on Facebook.

I pretty much have to. Because I have a processing disorder I was given a dictaphone by my college to use in lectures and group sessions, along with notes it really helps

Um. I never even thought of this. Never think you COULD do this. I always thought it was rather illegal.

No. They were boring enough to listen to when I was there. I wouldn't want to listen to them again..

All my lectures get filmed and recorded for us and they're available at any time online for us to watch/re-watch.

I still attend them in person though.

Since I did my course in a mix of English and Welsh, some Welsh classes were on at the same time as the English ones, so the lecturers recorded them for me which was cool. Although tbf I'd have preferred to do what Hermione did and use a Time Turner but ok

No point hearing the same thing twice, I just attend them all and take detailed notes. Considering recording my language classes though since I know a girl who does it and it appears to help.

No I never have and nobody in my class does either. Think it's crazy how some of your colleges record them for you??

I sometimes do when I know I'll really need to know the information in the lecture, none of our classes are recorded for us.
