Whoever's room you tried going in will have ran out of Builder's Club that's why :P.

I extended mine earlier on today so isn't me as you wouldn't be able to get into the help desk.

It'll probably be the hallway but I'm not sure why it's not been extended considering I get it from the habbops!!
