Misconception about your job

Are there any common misconceptions about your job? If so what are they?

that it's easy.... not so easy when u have to get medication right, trying to figure out what's wrong when someone can't communicate verbally or physically, personal care, explaining difficult things to them, having to deal with difficult behaviour/risk of violence, damn paperwork, very unsociable and long hours

hmmm I suppose cos I work for a bank, people think we're just after people's money and will do anything to get out of giving them it back if they deserve compensation

A misconception about a kitchen designer(my current job position) is that we are same or can help them in major decision as interior designers would where in reality we know nothing or bare minimal about interior design.

That everyone who works at Home Bargains hasn't really been to college or university and therefore are stupid, might be true for some people for not the majority!

when I tell my friends what I do they think I have access to all their income history, ect (I don't!) and whenever I call a client they think I can help them with tax (I can't!)

Im a barman / supervisor at a golf club. Its not all pulling pints. In the 3 months Ive been in mu new job I have barely pulled any! Its all health and safety, training and setting up functions.
