Silver Nelly - People struggle getting one for 2.8, most people are willing to pay 3 hcs for one. Seen this in different trade rooms quite alot.
Throne Sofa - Seen traded for 4 hcs in chivos trade room lots of times :)
Disco Sign - The disco sign isnt very popular, and most people struggle to sell theirs for 1.0. I think the value should be about 0.9
