Out of all the losers, he's the one I am most satisfied. He was so arrogant that he and Cameron thought that following a win in the referendum, Cameron would step down in a year or so and hand Osborne the Premiership on a plate - instead he was sacked by Theresa May after the country threw his useless economic advice in the bin.
