If it was information given to managers, who are in a position of trust, you'd expect them not to leak it out of common sense. Those who break that trust shouldn't really be trusted in their position? It's how it would work in the real word. Although i'm feeling rather sad now for comparing it to the rea world out there :'(

After Zuth leaked and was subsequently banned, managers made the decision to completely redo it and only trust the bare minimum of people. I don't have access to it (at the moment) - because of how Zuth acted, and that's why it's taking so long. Because so many people have proved that they cannot be trusted.
