I'm not sure since i never have had to contact habbo that much but i don't think they respond to the emails. Go here help.habbo.com and submit a ticket.

Yes tbh I feel habbo is just going downhill. I contacted them about a ban to my account and they still haven't got back to me. :(
They used to be on form but since they've made cuts and stopped giving a shit it's gone down hill - they need to realise if they want to make money again like they used to do they need to bring back their level of service and entice users on!
