School Next Year Thread!

Aww damn, Year 8 is gonna drown me, What is year 8 like folks? Year 7 was a terror, everyone all new and noobish, anyways post in this thread on your first day back!

Use this account and tell us all how your first day back as a higher year
Heres just a little tip xD

Year 7 = Good luck on a brand new school, It was rubbish for me but you might have it better :D
Year 8 = Sounds like a doss year (going into)
Year 9 = Stupid SATS.. Why does anyone like them
Year 10 = Get to pick your own lessons.. COURSEWORK :(
Year 11 = Finally the oldest.. Oh yeah.. GCSE'S :S

So post on this one when your back, im back on september 7th xD

year 7 was good for me, you would think that year 8 would be owning the play ground we got in fights and big rumbles everyday, but now when im gonna go into year 8 we're just gonna own the playground, but im worried about going into year 9

Im going into year 10, I thought year 8 was the best actually i got put with all my friends so it was cool year 9 was ok too, 7 was boring as hell. 10 looks to be boring

well i done year 7 at middle school when it was still three-tier an when it changed to two-tier in year 8 so i started upper school in year 8 and it is a doss year best year i think but year 7 at middle school was doss year to

i am going into year 8 but in my class there is kids all ages i am the youngest at 12 and there are kids upto 17 there is only 9 or 10 but i have been doing year 8 work in year 7 so i am gonna be doing year 9 work this year but i am really in year 8 if thats makes sense

Year 7 woz fairly ok i didnt really mind the fact we were the youngest neva realli crosed mi mind.

year 8 was the best cause well its a nothing year which hardly means anything and its just a bitta fun.

year 9 woz good in the way that you generalli feel so much older but wid starting sum gcse work and the sats it ****ed macbeth *shivers*

year 10 well just bout to start and im thinkin dis is gonna be one hard working year

and obviously the same wid year 11.

so yep year 8 woz personalli mi best year :)

Year 8's think they own the playground? Wth, in my school year 11's do, year 8's are usually the kids that talk back and usually get beaten up.
A tip if you in year 8, dont talk co.cky, or you got 3 years above you willing to squish you. Year 11 for me, GCSE's this year, haraa xD

ROFL are you physcic, in year 8 we dared one of "the gang" to set the toilets on fire and he did! it spread out of the toilets into one of the rooms! he had to pay £500 compensation (his family isnt well off so it would of been alot more if it was a normal family) and he was suspended for 4 weeks.

Going into year 10 now, at last we can go out of school without looking out for teachers :D

My school is in this new 'pilot scheme' called GCSE+, where you do Y9 sats in Y8 and start GCSE in Y9. So I've already done Y9 SATs (really easy!), but I'm going into Y9 now starting my GCSE stuff. However, a select few who are really good at IT in the year get to do AS level at GCSE, and that's me.

Confusing, huh?

I agree totally, except for the fact that we pratted about more in Year 9.
