Small writing, looks generally awful.

My usertitle text is really small and it looks like the page has reverted to a few years earlier or something.

Site Skin 2010.

Looks normal to me

The usertitle writing is small as though it's size 1 or something. The tabs look fine, but they used to be spread across the top so there was no unused space above the Visitor Message box.

Usertitle text is bigger on site2010 than a lot of the other skins still, maybe it just hates northerners

I imagine it was due to cached CSS following stylesheet changes as part of the upgrade.
