When was the last time you exercise?

I wonder when was the last time you exercised XD My last was maybe a month ago. I'm such a couch potato. I know T.T

Far too long but trips to London are tiring. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow.

tbh though i cycle to and from work every day so that counts too

I go for a run with my dog once a week which isn't too bad, I went yesterday in the rain ;(

I walk like 10 miles at least every day

I went for a walk on the beach yesterday with the doggie which turned into a rather fast run for like 10 seconds but mostly just a walk :')

went to the gym yesterday :)
