Goodreads Reading Challenge

Hello :)

If you want to challenge yourself this year to read more books (or start reading at all) - you should consider creating an account on Goodreads and pledging to read X number of books.

I've pledged 100 for this year, which is about 1 every 3 days. Thankfully I can read quite quickly and I prefer plays so it shouldn't be too difficult to get through :P

But yeah I hope you all give it a go!

I pledged 24 last year (2 per month) but fell short so I just pledged 24 again for this year :)

Wtf @ 100

I won't take part because I don't have a lot of time this year and only read for fun. This is one of the first times in my life I can just read when I want so I'm not going to make myself now!!

But ye also the only time I tend to read is in bed before I go to sleep but these days if I've had work that day my head hits the pillow and I'm gone.

I've read 2 books so far (they are plays though, so only ~100 pages) and I am starting a third today (an actual novel).

I only managed 51 books last year so I will set a reading goal of 50 again

Your country should be proud of you! After a few months, can you remember in detail all the details of the books??

Whenever I read a book or watch a film I always have a very difficult time remembering character names, but I can remember the plot and so on quite well.

The more I can remember, the more enjoyable a book it was :)

SAME! Do you want an excellent exercise for this? Read The Hobbit if you haven't
man, think about an adventure with +10 simultaneous RPG characters walking and chatting together! you'll force yourself to memorize their names and you'll feel mentally healthy afterwards

I'm reading small island at the moment. Recommendations will be appreciated
