Do you find that some cartoon or animated figures are overrated?
Rather that be from a movie, tv show or anime.
If you do then who and why?
I think Bart Simpson is overrated. I notice in the older Simpsons show Bart was kind of the star. He sometimea had a whole episode focusing on him. He's a bad boy alright but he isn't all that.
