HELLO I have finally got round to it

I present vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate buttercream icing (quite light tasting chocolate) topped with mini mars, twix and 1 galaxy one.

these are so cute!!!!! ur frosting looks really good and its meant to be soft! It looks like it held its shape fine enough!

I personally like it when the icing is like solid enough to hold a defined swirl like in empireds one but tbh I completely improvised with the icing recipe so can’t complain too much

Do you use butter or margarine? And are your cake completely cool when you pipe? I get impatient sometimes and ice them too early and then they go all melty

Butter, yes completely cool too. It’s like the actual icing itself just isn’t thick enough but I did so much more then my recipe!!

These all look so fab, loving Ruth's rainbow stripes but would eat all of them obv. I saw some My Little Pony cupcake kits in Sainsburys earlier but not had time for any of this recently HOPEFULLY be able to get in on the next one if it's not something too intricate, but well done everyone!

to lazy to make some cupcakes? it only takes 5mins to make some mixture then just throw them in the oven come on tiny put some effort in
