I go to the gym to lost weight and now im currently 123-125 pounds yet even tho i eat good and healty i cant seem to lose anymore inches off my body or weight
is there a certain amount of fat you can lose before you cant lose anymore

Maybe your body has just gotten use to your routine, mix it up a bit, try different things.

Yea i got it :] still idk i should be happy.. But after i signed papers.... It was parked in enterence way and i didnt know if he cared if i went out it or went out the exit... So i reveresed it a little bit and "BUMPED" the front of a mustang... Neither car had damage it was accident :rolleyes: but idk i still just feel really odd about hitting it idk i like it but idk omg idk.....
Rather than losing the weight all together, you're body's turning it into muscle, hence the non change in weight.

don't get into a routine of doing certain exercises. vary your activity, and you'll lose those extra few pounds.
