Default Stuck on my passport application

OK, so I'm stuck on the bit where I fill my parents details out. It asks for their passport number; they both have a passport but both are now not valid. Do I still need to put in their passport number?

No, only put active passport numbers.

Plus, if your parents and grandparents where born in the UK section 4 doesn't need to be completed.

This is the first time you've ever got a passport? ******* hell, did you share your parents for all these years or something?

Not if your a child - Confirmed by somebody who works for IPS.

0300 222 0000 is the freephone helpline if you wish to confirm it.
