I'm just glad that I don't drink booze XD However, is your scenario long lasting or just for few days and so? Is it recurring or your first time?

I always feel achey after a night out but I figure it’s the standing up and walking and occasional dancing rather than any effects of alcohol?? Just general tiredness all round. Alcohol affects your ability to sleep so that affects your body healing?
