Default How many floors did your school have, if any?

A simple question. Apply it to both your primary and high schools.

In primary school ours was all one floor, apart from a two-floored part that wasn't accessible to students in the kitchens. It still is only one floor as parts of it got demolished and others parts retained and done up. In terms of high school, we had a mix as the buildings were all from different eras with much of the school being one floor or two.... although we did have a four-storey bloc which was the highest part of the school.

Most modern schools don't seem to do floors if they can help it nowadays.

    What about you?

In infant school it was a bit weird as it was somewhat built on a hill. So, there was the normal height bit, then you walked up or down like 5 steps to get to the higher or lower bit, so you could say 3, but they weren't on top of each other or anything so you could say 1 as well .

In junior school there was just one, maybe a couple of steps to move somewhere and that was it.

In high school we had a lower school (as in the old school house), which had 2 floors somewhat, but again they weren't on top of each other, the upper school had two floors though.

Oh yeah, my college had 2 levels too, but there were numerous buildings. In the oldest block though there were 2 slights of stairs, but there were only rooms on two levels.

that's pretty weird actually, you'd think secondary would have bigger space

Infant had two floors (including ground), junior just one and secondary was mixed depending on the building, though maxed at 2 floors (including ground).
