I know sometimes it take a while for helpdesk staff to reply to help questions on the forum. Sometimes i get angry when someone needs help and I can quite easily help then, but then no-one replys for quite a while.
So my suggestion is, You should make a new forum job like, Forum Help Staff or something like that; and the staff in this category will be able to have posting permissions in that forum to help users..
