Right, I get up at 7am, sometimes half 6.. And im in the uk. And its now 2am.
Some nights i stay up to 3 or 4 in the morning..
So thats what.. 4 or 5 hours sleep on weekdays, mabye a bit more / less depending on what i do on weekends.
But i just dont feel like sleeping, And even if i do i cant sleep.. it just takes me ages to get to sleep.. about an hour atleast. If i went to bed now.. i should be asleep by 4.. usually.
Quite a few times ive found that i check the clock and i have to get up in 20 mins and i havnt had ANY sleep..
and ive been trying to gt to sleep for hours..
Is this insomnia?
What do i do if it is?
