Goto habbo console and goto Find and search Traxfactor and look what it comes up with i wonder why it does this ?

well isnt it obvious? you dont have to log into the hotel to make accounts any more, so its quite simply just not logged in yet

I'm sure this happens when you get a name change so that will most probably be a old account which isn't in use anymore.
