Okay so I haven't really done well in my gcses and so work hasn't really given me a career, more of a job.

Is there anyway at 23 I can resit my gcses or is there an easier way?

some colleges would probably let you do them or you could study for them yourself and just ask a local school/college if you can sit the exam there

There's no real need to do so at that age and if you want a career GCSEs aren't going to open very many doors. Most colleges should allow you to retake maths If you need it in order to progress somewhere else. Have you or any idea what sort of career you'd like and the formal qualifications you might need to enter it?

Yes, you can resit GCSEs. Inquire at your local colleges as it will depend on them. At my local college there are courses available for Maths, English, Chemistry and Biology GCSEs for adults.

You're probably better off doing an adult learning course, GCSEs don't really mean anything to most employers. Most courses come in at a higher level than GCSE and you may be able to find one that's in a specific area you'd like to work in, so it'd be infinitely more useful

I would recommend something like a access to higher education course, something sort of aimed at international people who want to get into university/higher education

I'd look at what colleges offer around you and maybe talk to an advisor, they will be really helpful

Good on you though, a lot of people lie to themselves and continue to work a job they do not want to be in

23 is still plenty young mate, just I dont think GCSEs is the best option for you
