You can watch Big Brother Live on E4 (channel 163 on sky - press the red button and go to watch BB live if it isn't on) or you can watch the highlights on Channel 4 - 10pm on weekdays and usually 9pm on sundays.

It's only on in the UK But it might get shown over there like the US one got shown here

There is a US Big Brother! I've seen the US one a few times last year and it was NOWHERE near as good as the UK one! I've also seen the Australlian and African ones so you should be able to get the UK Big Brother over there on some channel or another! If you can't find the UK BB you should be able to get the US one.
