Okay. it's good you are aware of your weight problem. First off, you could make an appointment with your GP who will give you a lot of information on how to help yourself.
You need ensure you have a healthy diet, including 5 peices of fruit and vegetables a day and don't eat junk food. Aswell as this you obviously need to excercise.
Start off with small amounts and gradually build up. You could do this by perhaps joining some sort of sports club, football, swimming, badminton, tennis, whatever it may be it should help.

Okay firstly, are you sure its all fat? Muscle weighs more than fat. If you want to burn fat off the only way to do it is a healthy diet and plenty of excersise. For example, i do running , swimming and trampolinin
If you want to build muscle and lose fat quickly, a combination of swimming and varied diet will help you to achieve it.
Go swimming at least once a week and ensure that you have at least six healthy meals a week (one can be left as a junk food reward for being so good ).

hmmm... i always think more water nd more exercise helps.
going on a diet and eating LESS food doesnt help cos then your body holds onto as much of your fat as possible

it depends on your bone structure and how much food you NEED
if u need more food, youre gonna eat more food, and hense youre
gonna weigh more
