I have got abs but you can not see them because i have a "layer" of fat on my stomach. I can feel my abs but only see my top one because there isn't any "fat" there like in that picture. Any ideas on how to reduce the "fat"? I do sports 2 times a week now as i just started football training again and i play racquetball every monday. p.s i use the word "fat" lightly as it isn't really "fat" just a layer of skin that is there. (i am actually fairly skinny) + rep for anyone who helps
