This is not allowed by this site or by Runescape it's self
I wouldn't try to sell the account myself (unles to a r/l friend for real cash) because most runescape account buyers will just scam you.
Also it's almost impossible (except the bounty hunter method) to send the money over..
(I've not logged in for like a year so if that last statement is wrong just say )
