Getting to know the staff..

Anyway, I'm sure you should discuss the idea, not rebel against hair !

Love the idea but I think you'd have to have 1 or 2 from each department answering questions and then alternate it through the department so everyone gets a go at answering.

Why would we, I don't think you understood fully.

Basically, the member chooses who they want to answer the question - but I get what you mean, say if it was between you and hoteluser who got a question to answer, and hoteluser got it, then the same thing occurred the next week, then it's only fair that you get a question.

However, I did say a random number generator would be your best bet, as some staff could favouritise, not saying they do, but you see where I'm coming from?

I think it's a good idea but needs simplifying.

Also, what's this nonsense about shifting questions so 'everyone gets a go', surely its the members choice, and not the staffs

Like I said, the only way you could probably shift it around a bit is if you asked a question for a department as a whole, in which you could use a random number generator to pick a couple from there.

The PM (if used could look something along the lines like)

Name: Samanfa or Anonymous.
Staff to question: Yupt
Question: Do you like being in a department with another Mike?
Made it up.

But in the staff to question you could place 'events' etc. if that would help at all to even things out.

Sure more well known staff may get more questions, but surely if you are dedicated, post a bit, then you may get chosen.
