i think it really just depends on the school, most people will arrange an after prom party themselves

i thought after prom parties was where everyone goes to get wasted surely that's arranged by the students??? idk though i haven't even had a prom

Sorry. because our after prom was at some camp ground own by the hells angels ( Biker group ) and people do hardcore drugs there so I didn't think schools would allow that
