Has anybody dealt with this issue before? I am speaking with "Anna" in customer service after my account was unfairly trade locked.
The only reasoning they have given me was that 'I was in a casino'. I have never gambled, never have since the casino ban and never did prior to the casino ban either. The customer support on Habbo is not just pathetic, it is downright accusatory and infuriating. This is the latest I have received from Anna:

We understand that you are frustrated at the status of your account, but the reason that we are keeping your account the way it is would have already been discussed with you.
Please note that we do not make the decision lightly, but as we don't want to encourage this kind of behaviour, we're afraid that the decision that we've made is final.
If you have any other queries with another account, please don't hesitate to open up another ticket, and we will help you as best we can.

How long do trade locks last for? Anna cannot simply even answer this question. Habbo is now punishing users if you STALK a friend who is in a casino, unknowingly. I did not even initatite any illegitamte trades to merit this decision.
