everyone copes with stress differently - what do you do after a particularly stressful day?

Just talk to my friends because they always find a way to cheer me up.
So I'm awful for drinking alcohol after a stressful day - typically a bottle (which never resolves anything).
So I started going to the gym. So normally I'm found lifting weights or doing some form of exercise when I'm stressed.
Just trying to relax and try to forget about and get on with the next day after a good sleep.

Go for a walk and meditate
I eat junk food. So much junk food.
yup same as fel I eat junk food and drink alcohol which is why i keep putting on weight
Play games
I'm most of the times involuntarily self-destructive with unfounded self-doubt so I will basically live up the stress and the pointless preoccupations as they do fade and the truth comes... whilst listening to music
