Runescape hasn't actually changed that much Aiden! I don't know how I feel about HD though, I'm having trouble getting used to it and keep switching back to LQ!

People superheat them as they mine them for mage + smithing xp, by the time youve cast superheat on all the ores the rock has normally returned.

Yeah as Cwm has said they superheat for mage + smith.
But i dont need any more mage xp + im planning on keeping the bars
