Oh, thought you were on about that myth.

But to be honest, some posistions in american football favour you to be slightly over 20% body fat. It's still not muscle but deffinetly makes you harder to take down. Just work on cardio, not everyones built to being really quick and agile, it's our genetics. Me, I am lucky I have fast twitched fibres which can pull my heavy 13st body. Others on the other hand don't. It's life just work with what you have.

Sorry about that, well you can't turn fat into muscle too completely different things, but I'm guessing you want to burn the fat and get alot of lean mean muscle. Well that's what i did and I'm 13st at 12.47% body fat (clinic) it's benefited me greatly as I'm now playing for my county in rugby

No that's just what jealous people say. Even those who take steroids, hgh etc don't neccessarily have small a small penis.

"Pulling" your 13st body doesn't take a lot. I'm just over 13st and can run 100 metres in just under 11 seconds. This is because my legs are strong enough to lug me around.

As for the fat>muscle thing, you're completely right. Fat and muscle are two very different entities and consist of different methods. If you want to 'turn' fat into muscle, you need to lose the fat and pile on the muscle. Never try to build muscle whilst losing fat because it will eat into all that hard earned muscle you have.

It has been rumoured that steroids can shrink the penis but I've never seen it. Congratulations on having a 'big' penis.

Oh and btw, still no pics guys?

    7:00AM: Wake up get ready.

7:15AM: BreakfastEat Frosties. ( I usually skip this)

7:30AM : Take a long walk to school.

12:50PM: Lunch: Eat Chicken salad wrap or Pasta.

2:20PM: Take a long walk back to home

3:00PM: Use Twist Stepper for 15-30 mins.

    3:30PM: Rest.

4:00PM: Do a jog around my area.

    -= Rest =-

    8:00PM: Eat Pasta

    Is this enough cardio?
