    evolved my eevee today and got another vaporeon i want flareon!!
    on the bright side i caught my first seel and geodude, also evolved to get my beedrill at last. was fed up of looking at my kakuna for ages

    I don't believe that is what those devices do, I think you still need your phone and the only purpose is that it vibrates/flashes when a pokemon or pokestop is nearby and you press it and it just throws a pokeball at it if you have one. I don't think it does step counting.

    If you rename your Eevee you can choose what it turns into.

    'Pyro' is Flareon, 'Sparky' is Jolteon and 'Rainer' is Vaporeon.

    does it actually work? i saw this but assumed it was just a theory like the other things they mentioned, like it depends on what move they know etc

    I think there is a good chance of it working from what I have seen and two of my friends got what they wanted.

    That would be good. Android has Google Fit which works in much the same way I imagine. Maybe it'll happen in the future though
