My area is pretty good tbh and I've even put in Renault Clio 1.4 16v Expression to check (not a car I want) and that's like £2600.Where do you live sibel? Cos they look at your postcode statistics so if you live in an area with high car crime or crime in general the quotes go up sooo much
My quotes have always been around £1400 even for 1.4's so it's mad yours are so high! Are you looking at really old cars with super high mileage?
Infact send me a link on sk of one of the cars you're looking at and I'll see if my quotes are the same
I think I might just go to a Ford Dealer Ship closer to when I actually can get a car x
Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 i 16v Club 5dr is £2,331
could be worst
I paid 3.6k on a suzuki swift 1.3 first year
I don't get why new drivers spend loads on a car, it's not gonna offset the insurance by enough to be worth it. Get a £300 clapped out machine that'll force its way through the MOT once or twice, completely false economy spending any more since you'll prob only have a £3k machine for the same amount of time anyway and realistically a car's a car
my first car was like 7k and lasted me over 6 yrs lolI don't get why new drivers spend loads on a car, it's not gonna offset the insurance by enough to be worth it. That's not much for a car, especially one that's not going to have issues every few weeks/months.
