Never, VIP used to cost more than £1.50 - this is actually fairly cheap since LE donator costs the same.

I remember one year when we had the twinkling christmas vip for the first time, someone made a special red version and bought it for all the smods and admins

Maybe but we are probably not talking about Charity VIP. Anyway, it all goes to a good cause. But it's been the same price for the past 3-4 years
