My dad likes old metal and rock. I'm not really sure what my mom likes anymore. I know she liked rock and old metal when she was younger

my dad is into anything and everything including dance (he thinks hes 20) and my mum likes bands like razorlight, snow patrol, and then old skool stuff like guns and roses, aerosmith etc.

My Dad - Has an awesome music taste! Mainly into indie like Kasabian, Fratellis, Klaxons, The View, Coldplay, The Feeling, Hard Fi, Keane, Kaiser Chiefs, Oasisetc. And he likes some older stuff like R.E.M, The Police and old ska stuff like Bad Manners & Madness and all that stuff. I got him into Blink 182, Green Day & Plus 44 aswell which is rather cool!

My Mum - She likes most stuff from the 80s/90s and likes all these boybands like Westlife, Boyzone, Ronan Keatings solo stuff and just random pop stuff.

My Bro (although he isn't a parent as the thread says ha) - Quite a lot of mixed stuff like me cos I influence his younger mind:8 He's really into Sum 41, Alien Ant Farm, MCR(Older stuff mainly), Blink 182, Bowling for Soup, Green Day etc and he likes his hip hop/rnb aswell like 50 cent, Eminem, Beyonce and stuff like that.

I quite like my familys' music choice cos when they play music it's generally stuff I enjoy

dad likes led zepplin, REM, oasis, the verve, keane etc.
brother's all over the place, but i think he likes indie atm.
