As reported in the topic I created, Floyd has been unbanned. As per what I said...

It is a 2 hour ban, but according to the rules to be an X you must obey the habbo way and you can not incur any bans.

So technically if he was banned for as claimed by redtiz, vulgarity and attempt to scam (I am surprised redtiz gave out such personal information in the first place) then he is not within the criteria of being an X, let alonea leader.
