    Yeah just a tad too much in certain areas. Theres alot to be said for keeping shading nice and simple. Also, you use the same technique all the time. For example, your gala woman's dress has exactly the same texture as her hair. I'd like to see you build on your skills with different textures. Maybe you can have a look around for advanced shading tutorials? I look forward to more stuff from you!

    PS. It must be something in the water because all the pixel artists from the Netherlands seem to be very good.

    That's because it is the default shading way, but i understand what you mean; not every material has a fluently shadow
    @PS: i thought they were usually not really good in the Netherlands

    Nice. Overall impressive, with some good colour work. The only problem is - overshading and textures. You're using the same texture all the time - and that leads to problems. Try to vary texture - hair must look wavy, not dresslike
