Ah ok, Thanks alot for the advice.I used to have this problem.
A clicky jaw is a problem that you'll probably never get rid of, but I experienced the exact same thing, I went to see my GP and he simply said it was just a growing process, and if you're jaw is clicky it just happens or something.
I can't have suffered from it for more than a year, try to exercise your jaw a lot when you can open it, up/down side to side etc, then it will eventually become less & less often, and it hasn't happened to me in a very long time
You might have problem with the joint either side of your mouth that lets you chew, yawn and move your jaw (I think its called the temporomandibular joint)
I don't think its lock jaw, because you would have also got facial spasms.
Either way, probably best to see a Doctor in case it gets worse or doesn't get better.
MUMFORD
I Saw something in a magazine about a girl that her jaw was hurting etc, and she couldnt open it propperly, And i think it led to something bad, you might wanna go get it checked out?
Not to worry you, but just to be sure
See your local gp. Could be a torn muscle.
