Omg I know when I had the new sandwitch lady it didn't unlock the track for me either =/ It might be a glitch us girls only have :@ Stupid jagex :@ But Goodluck

Report it as a bug then try again in like a few leap years when they have fixed it.

I reported it as a bug last week - got no responce or track
My Runescape character is female, I myself am male.
Also... a new quest came out yesterday apparently... so I went and did it
