    I do agree with qaxzsw.
    its very common and simple formula , smile keeps you young and alive i am also dealing with on hourly basis with such feelings, you can make two things.

    1. Try talk with someone it gives you instant relief and diverts you attention for a while.
    2. Try to imagine some good feelings in your mind which makes you smile, and also try to c yourself while doing so, sounds crazy but its very very effective.

    I hope you get better

    In my psychology class, my teacher taught us different techniques to help us deal with stress, especially for people who suffer alot of anxiety attacks due to stress, such as myself.
    I take bubble baths, drink a cup of chai, and listen to Ludwig Van.
