Just because a company can wear what ever they like doesn't change what sort of company it is, How they work, or even how hard they work, I mean in some business's wearing a suit just wouldn't work and isn't going to help the business at all. Although im totally agree about the mask, That is real silly. Never the less this has been known for years, Now the proof has came, fair play

There has to be a certain line to draw between casual and just looking like a slob though. I'm sure people at Google or Facebook wear casual clothing but they're still professional people and I'm sure won't dress like utter crap. I'm not saying shirt, tie.. but if I was looking to keep my job/or impress I'd at least make myself presentable.

They're working for a multi-million $ company. You'd have thought they'd want to present themselves a bit better than the picture suggests! If not for the company but for themselves. I'm not required to wear shirt and trousers/shoes when I come in out of hours.. but I still make myself look smart because people think more of you if you do

Clearly people disagree with me though as they feel the need to -rep me. Next time I'll turn up and teach my class with an anon mask on with an AC/DC black top and jeans on and see how long it takes for me to get a disciplinary.

if you don't deal face to fact with clients/costumers etc then all you need to make sure is your clean and your clothes are clean. Advertisers often go around looking "slobby" :p

plus it was halloween, they probably had a dress-down day for it or something.
