    You don't have to apologise! It's so easy to forget things when you have a lot going on! Alarms are your best friend though! I use them all the time for various things (mainly waking me up from power naps) else I would be all over the place haha!

    Sadly, we didn't actually have perms to change any of it, but I think Laura is giving us them so we are able to help in future
