because George bush said if we never helped them, they whould not help us. We needed to go to war anyway. Saddam was making wepons aka Weapons Of Mass Destruction. If we had left it to the last minuite and invaded Iraq then he chould have use that extra time and did something unbelievable.

I am very certain there were no weapons of mass destruction nor any proof that Saddam was investing in them... Or did I fall asleep in the middle of the 'crisis.'

you actually believe there were weapons? There were never weapons. te UN investigated for years and never found anything.

It just shows how much you think you know about the matter but don't actually. Saddam Hussein and the Ba'ath regime were cleared of making any weapons by the UN WMD Inspectors and it's head, Hans Blix.
