:eusa_danc I've just came here to post a reply on the recent, messages about kmh hosting.com and if this discussion is not closed within the next 24/Hours i am going to be binding, legal action agianst this forum+ the people who have been posting.

1) Lies about us using resellers, when we have 2 servers
2) We Have got privacy policy+ terms of service
3) We can host shoutcast.
4) We are a real buisness.
5) We Have 190 clients.

Is, that good enuff for you? I hope so because i want this ended within the next, 24/Hours i have already reported this situation to my legal advisor.

dude nothing to sue, a bunch of under 16 yearolds posting their views, i have never checked your site out and in truth if you read this forums privact policed you will notice that habbox isnt held resposible for any of the posting on the forum

Also what do you plan do do about the situation? I mean nothing illigal has happened here? We all prefere another host to yours, get over it. PLus your hosting is extortionate! £75 a year, dude ax gives you 2GIG for more than half thatprice of that.

You can't take legal action, your probably only 12 or somthing.

I just dont like it dying quite often, thats it major problem. But everything else is ok. It died for a week and a half once.

that was back when ax was rather rubbish, now there under new managment and have optimized their servers.

Ax Got shut for 1 week and a half because Someone On A Reseller Was Giving Out Ebay information So Ebay Shut down There Server but all Thats Sorted now
